If you’re looking for a Realtor in Boynton Beach and/or and Palm Beach County who is professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable about construction, and very courteous, you must call Robert Worthington of Worthington Realty International. We live in Maryland and only had 3 days to look at homes in Boynton Beach, Florida. To choose a Realtor off the Internet is a gamble, but we won when we chose Robert Worthington. We knew we wanted a gated community in Boynton Beach. After contacting Robert and using his website, we emailed Robert 12 homes to look at on day 1. Robert immediately emailed me back with a schedule for our first day of looking. Out of the 12 homes, 7 were still active and we saw all 7 in one day. When we met on day one, Robert had prepared fully detailed color information sheets on every property. As we toured the homes, Robert educated us about various problems (constructional) we noted and why they existed. I am a demanding person but Robert very courteously accommodated my every request. Over 3 days, we probably visited about 13 homes and the last home we saw was the one we wanted. The home was a short sale. We had returned to Maryland when we submitted our offer. Robert had to work through several difficult issues. The deal would not have closed without Robert’s wise advice and handling of the issues. Robert efficiently emailed/faxed us all the paper work for signatures, so we were able to finalize the transaction papers from Maryland. Robert arranged and met all the inspectors (we had 3 different inspections) at the home. To me, that was beyond the call of duty. I chose to fly back to Florida for the closing. Of course Robert was there and because of all his preparedness, the closing was a breeze. AND, our relationship didn’t end at the settlement table. We have kept in touch, because we want to rent the property and he will manage the rental with monthly on site visits to collect the rent and observe the property.

Robert was hired to sell our vacant restaurant property; not an easy task. The property had just expired when Robert contacted us. We needed the property sold, and new ideas seemed the way to go. Robert had a lot of prospects look at our commercial building; he followed up with them and kept us informed every step of the way. The buyer he found was from out of state, which I believe was because of his listing procedure and online marketing. Robert really TRIED to sell our listing as opposed to sitting back waiting for people to wander in. If you have a property that needs a different approach to sell, Robert is the way to go, he looks at things in a new way. I would highly recommend, Robert.
